UPDATED TEN COMMANDMENTS

1. Don’t expect from others what only you can decide and do for yourself.

2. Don’t let anyone tell you who you are.

3. Don’t put any relationship above your relationship with yourself. Don’t count on anyone to complete you.

4. Don’t give away your time. Don’t invest in anyone’s life as much as you invest in your own.

5. Don’t wait for dividends on any investment (in the world, life, work, income, or a relationship) longer than is reasonable.

6. Don’t delay your goals or dreams for anyone.

7. Don’t trust anyone as much as you trust yourself.

8. Don’t depend on anyone entirely: neither financially nor emotionally.

9. Don’t let anyone’s wealth or generosity distract you from your own finances.

10. Don’t fool yourself into believing that you can do it all by yourself. No one can. Everybody needs a network.

 

Life is what YOU make it. It won’t be made great by a stroke of good luck. It won’t be handed to you. It doesn’t depend on others. You get to create yourself and your life. You are responsible for the results of your decisions and actions. You are responsible for your satisfaction, success, and happiness.
